It causes , 1.running in the nose ,
2.pain in the eyes ,head, and heart,
3.stiffness of the neck,
 4.loss of taste ,
5.giddiness
6.abdominal tumers arise from control of tears.

Treatment:
1. good sleep,
2.drinking wine ,
3.hearing of pleasant stories are the treatments.

SUPPRESSION OF YAWING AND SNEEZING

it causes,
1.headache,
2.debility ( loss of keenness) of sense organs,
3.stiffness of the neck ( wry neck),
4. facial paralysis arise .

SUPPRESSION OF BELCHING

Suppression of the urge of bleching produces ,
1. loss of taste,
2.tremors,
3.feeling of obstruction in the region of heart and chest,
4.flatulence,
5.cough and
6. hiccup etc.,

SUPPRESSION OF COUGH

It causes its increase, difficulty in breathing,
loss of taste ( appetite),
heart diseases,
emaciation ,
and hiccup.

Suppression of hunger

1.getting painin the body,
2.loss of taste ( appetite),
3.debility,
4.emaciation,
5.pain in the abdomen ,
6.giddiness.etc.,
treatment:
these should be treated with food which is easy to digest, fatty, warm and little in quantity.

Suppression of urine:

suppression of urge of urine causes,

1.cutting pain all over the body,
2.formation of urinary stones,
3.severe pain in the urinary bladder,penis and groin.etc.,
  ( taken form astanga hridaya, ayurveda).

suppression of urge of faeces gives rise to

1.pain in the calves,
2.running in the nose,
3.headache,
4.upward movement of air(belchings),
5.cutting pain in the rectum,
6.vomitting of faeces,etc.

THE PORTRAIT OF LADY

MY GRANDMOTHER , LIKE EVERYBODY'S  GRANDMOTHER, WAS AN OLD WOMAN. SHE HAD  BEEN  OLD  AND WRINKLED FOR  THE 16YEARS THAT I HAD KNOWN HER  . PEOPLE SAID THAT SHE HAD ONCE BEEN YOUNG AND PRETTY AND HAD EVEN HAD A HUSBAND,BUT  THAT WAS HARD TO BELIVE.

SHE HAD ALWAYS BEEN SHORT AND FAT AND SLIGHTLY BENT. HER FACE  WAS A CRISS-CROSS OF WRINKLES RUNNING FROM EVERYWHERE TO  EVERYWHERE.SHE  COULD  NEVER  HAVE  PRETTY;BUT SHE WAS ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL.

SHE  HOBBLED  ABOUT  THE  HOUSE  IN  SPOTLESS  WHITE  WITH  ONE HAND  RESTING  ON HER WAIST  TO  BALANCE  HER STOOP  AND THE  OTHER TELLING  THE  BEADS  OF  HER ROSARY HER SILVER  LOCKS  WERE  SCATTERED  UNTIDILY  OVER HER  PALE , PUCKERED  FACE, AND HER  LIPS  CONSTANTLY MOVED IN INAUDIBLE  PRAYER .  YES , SHE WAS  BEAUTIFUL. SHE WAS LIKE  THE WINTER  LANDSCAPE  IN  THE  MOUNTAINS , AS  EXPANS  OF  PURE , WHITE SERENITY, BREATHING PEASE AND CONTENTMENT.

MY GRANDMOTHER AND  I WERE GOOD FRIENDS .WHEN EVER  SHE GO TO TEMPLE  SHE  SPREAD SOME CHAPATHES TO THE DOGS . AND SEEDS TO THE BIRDS . SHE  TELL STORIES LIKE JHANSI RANI LAKSHMI BAI, RUDRAMMA DEVI ,SWAMI VIVAKA NANDHA  ETC . SHE ALWAYS TELL ME THAT ,DONT BE FEAR IF PROBLEMS HAD CAME . YOU AND DO ANYTHING AND EVERY THING .  IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM TELL US WE ALL TRY TO SALVE IT, SHE SAYS.

I AM INSPIRE A VAST FROM HER STORIES SUCH AS JHANSI KI RANI ,RANI RUDRAMMA DEVI,SWAMI VEVAKA NANDHA . I BELEIVE THAT, I AM A WINNER, ALL POWERS ARE WITH IN ME , I CAN DO ANY THING AND EVRRY THING.

SHE ENCOURAGE MY TO STUDY  BY TELLING STORIES .WHEN I FAILED IN EXAM SHE ENCOURAGES ME A LOT .

true happiness

when i was 3rd class in komala vidya vihar school ,my school principal wanted to conduct games compitition to make thier presence , because students tendency is not to come to school . the games are started , i participated in all i.e., swipping ,lemon spoon ,running,frog jumps,bag legs ,musical chairs ,ri ,etc. i participated in all games , but i won a 2nd place in musical chairs. my principal said that the prizes will be announced in date of republic day . i went home and meet my parents ,and i told that i won a 2nd place in musical chairs , my parents congratulates me..😄😊☺  
   the day came ,i remind that today is the republic day my principal saradha madam will give the prizes. after flaghotting ,she announced that ,the stdents who won in the games ,i will give prizes to them . she called me , to give a 2nd prizes i was very anxited that what gift she give to me? she give a soap box to me as a 2nd prize ,and 1st prize as plastic ball .and other gifts such as pencils , plastic box ,plastic balls , soap boxs etc. when she called me to take the prize ,all are clapped ,i was very happy . and then a went home ,and gave to my parents ,they laghted and congratulates me .but i didnt know why my parents are laughted. 

after few days left , my friend birth day came in a few days ,then me and other classmates discusses and decided to give a group gift from all her friends . they collected money from all and buy a small puppy dog dall .i like it so much . after that i think myself i am a best best friend , why not i give a individual gift to her? .then i went home and ask my mother to give so money , mother said that i had no money. then i thoughtfull and search my home for gift. i paked a gift . the day came that is my friend birthday . we friends went her home and greets her happy birth day to you. she is very happy to see us. she cuts the cake ,we give a group gift to her from all friends , she is very happy to the dog doll .and then i gifted my gift she is very anxious to see the gift how much it decorated . then she opened it ,and then laughted and show to all ,that it is a soap box which is given by our principal . all are laughted ........ it is the sweetest memmory to me and my friend.
