SUPPRESSION OF TEARS

It causes , 1.running in the nose ,
2.pain in the eyes ,head, and heart,
3.stiffness of the neck,
 4.loss of taste ,
5.giddiness
6.abdominal tumers arise from control of tears.

Treatment:
1. good sleep,
2.drinking wine ,
3.hearing of pleasant stories are the treatments.

( taken from astanga hridaya in ayurveda).

SUPPRESSION OF YAWING AND SNEEZING

it causes,
1.headache,
2.debility ( loss of keenness) of sense organs,
3.stiffness of the neck ( wry neck),
4. facial paralysis arise .

SUPPRESSION OF BELCHING

Suppression of the urge of bleching produces ,
1. loss of taste,
2.tremors,
3.feeling of obstruction in the region of heart and chest,
4.flatulence,
5.cough and
6. hiccup etc.,

SUPPRESSION OF COUGH

It causes its increase, difficulty in breathing,
loss of taste ( appetite),
heart diseases,
emaciation ,
and hiccup.

Suppression of hunger

1.getting painin the body,
2.loss of taste ( appetite),
3.debility,
4.emaciation,
5.pain in the abdomen ,
6.giddiness.etc.,
treatment:
these should be treated with food which is easy to digest, fatty, warm and little in quantity.

Suppression of urine:

suppression of urge of urine causes,

1.cutting pain all over the body,
2.formation of urinary stones,
3.severe pain in the urinary bladder,penis and groin.etc.,
  ( taken form astanga hridaya, ayurveda).

Suppression of urine:


Suppression of faeces

suppression of urge of faeces gives rise to

1.pain in the calves,
2.running in the nose,
3.headache,
4.upward movement of air(belchings),
5.cutting pain in the rectum,
6.vomitting of faeces,etc.
 hence dont suppress the urges.

Suppression of sleep

Are you know what are the diseases for suppression of sleep???
Suppression of sleep causes,
1.delusion ( loss of consciousness),
2.Feeling of heaviness in head and eyes,
3.Lassitude,
4.Too many yawnings,
5.Squeezing pain all over the body.
