New experience

A medical camp in suraram ,elkurthy mandal, warangal dist...me and my friends and lectures went yesterday(5th sep 2017)started in the  morning at 6:30am...its nearly
25 kilometer from hanamkonda...

We went there to know the health status of the village suraram..
And we went each house and enquire ..i.e.,about health illness,
Are the people getting medical treatments are not?
Their awareness about ayurveda, ,unani, homeo, yoga etc..
Are they knew about medicinal plants and thier uses as home remedy...ex:- in chicken pox- neem is the best remedy for   the skin disases,&aloe vera , tulasi etc..
Are the family members are healthy are not...are they go to hospital if they fall sick ..and thier source of income etc..

We explain about
Hygiene ,& about ayurveda, and yoga to them ..to make aware about the traditional medicine of india...

The sarpunch of the village is conducting great work to make the people involve in the activities ...such as regular practice of yoga ..and hygiene..
But some people are even today are not having complete homes ...
Some people dont have washrooms for thier own ...and they went to open field..
And some people complaints about they have a diarrhoea , cold ,cough ,skin diseases ...
Some people are malnurished ..they said they had not enough to buy the regular food items ..thier usage of milk is 1/4 liter for the family and vegetables of 1/2kg per family ..
The meat intake also less ..once a month or occasionaly...
Some people are suffering from diabetes and hypertension...
They asked me about free supply of tablets ...but i said you must consult the doctor at first...then they will suggest you treatment...
I asked the people ..about what you will do and where you consult...if you have  injury, bleeding,  or any  illness ...?
Maximam members  said that ,they consult r.m.p (rural medical practitioner ) & they we to private hospital....i asked them why dont you go to govt hospital..they said, govt hospital doesnot care the patients and thier is lack of  facilities & comfotable when compared to private hospitals...
But one thing is ,they all lived jointly with the family ...and they work hard in the field ...
Some people are educated ...and they are  working  as drawing teachers and contract  supervisiors etc ...
They easily mingle up with neighbours and visitors..
And we all submitted the reports to grama panchayeti office ...

And we made selfiees and photos with the villagers ...we enjoyed a lot ...
