I AM ANUSHA MUGGULLA , AS A BIPC STUDENT I DON'T BELIEVE ON AYURVEDA PRODUCT'S WHICH ARE TO EARN PROFIT THEY ARE PROCESSING ,BY TELL THAT IT INCREASES IMMUNITY ,................. I DON'T THINK SO . I THINK, WE TAKE THE NATURAL INGREDIENTS WHICH IMPROVES OUR IMMUNITY LIKE FRUITS , VEGETABLES ,ESP LEMONS ,LIMES ,AND CITRIC FRUITS I.E., AMLA ETC ., WHICH INCREASES OUR IMMUNITY . WE HAVE TO DO MEDITATION AND YOGA ETC .AND DECREASE THE DAILY USES OF MEDICINES WHICH ,WE USE EVEN SMALL ILLNESS.
You all must know that without a strong immune system, you will get into attack of a number of illnesses that range from bacterial or viral infection to autoimmune disorders. Well, if you are the one who sticks to the balanced diet and regular physical activity, you are doing a great favour to your immune system in fighting against illnesses.
